I like to eat durian very much. This time I made soft cookies with durian filling. The husband who doesn't like sweets can't stop eating, those who like durian must not miss it!

Durian Soft Cookies

1. Prepare the required ingredients, and the butter needs to be softened at room temperature in advance.

2. Press the durian pulp into a puree with a spoon, and set aside cornstarch.

3. Mix durian pulp with cornstarch.

4. Stir well with a spoon.

5. Mix butter and powdered sugar.

6. Whisk with a hand-held whisk until feathery.

7. Add an egg yolk.

8. Add the sifted low-gluten flour after whisking evenly with a whisk.

9. Knead gently into a non-sticky dough.

10. Divide into small doughs of 20 grams each.

11. Press a small hole in the dough with your thumb.

12. Put durian filling on the bread.

13. After wrapping, gently press with the palm of your hand to form a pie with a thickness of about 1 cm. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. Put the durian cookies in the oven at 180 degrees and bake for 18 minutes.

Tips:

1. The temperature of the oven can be adjusted according to your own situation.
