Durian Crisp
1.
Preparation materials, durian meat, Indian flying cake, fork spoon, scraper, rolling pin
2.
Use a spoon to remove the durian core and stir it into durian puree
3.
Go for a flying cake and scrape everything into two. My pie is a bit sticky, and I use dry flour to make the bottom
4.
Take an appropriate amount of durian puree and put it on the cut cake crust
5.
The crust on the other side is overlapped with the side containing the durian puree. Use a fork to compact the edge of the crust.
6.
By analogy, wrap the durian puree, evenly brush with egg yolk, and preheat the oven at 190 degrees for 5 minutes.
7.
Put it in the middle, turn the oven 180 degrees, and bake for 20 minutes.
8.
The fragrant durian crisp is out of the oven, the surface is golden, and one bite down, the aftertaste is endless~
Tips:
If you feel that one layer of crust is thin, you can add two layers of crust and cut again to make the layers crisp
