Durian Heavy Cheesecake
1.
Put the biscuits into a bag and grind them into a powder. The butter is softened with water, and the two are mixed and stirred evenly.
2.
Pour the mixed butter biscuits into a mold, press it firmly with your fingers or a spoon, and put it in the refrigerator for later use. I used a tin foil plate with a diameter of 25 cm.
3.
Chop the cheese and melt it, add powdered sugar and mix well, add light cream and mix well, add eggs and mix well, add sieved cornstarch and mix well
4.
Add the smashed durian meat and mix well, and finally add lemon juice and mix well
5.
Take out the mold from the refrigerator, pour the adjusted batter into the mold, arrange the surface, preheat the oven at 165 degrees, put hot water on the tray, bake in water for 40-50 minutes, and then paint
6.
Turn off the heat, take out the cake and let cool, put it in the refrigerator for half a day, and finally decorate
Tips:
The temperature and time are for reference only. Observe frequently after 40 minutes to avoid baking.
