Covered with plastic wrap and put them in the refrigerator to freeze until the ice cream liquid started to freeze. , Take it out and beat with an electric whisk for a few minutes, then put it in the refrigerator. After that, take it out and whipped every 30-50 minutes, repeat this process, whipping more than 4 times, and then freeze the ice cream completely. Tips:
1. In order to make ice cream with a delicate taste, it is recommended to stir at least 4 times during the freezing process. The stirring is to prevent the ice cream from freezing into hard ice cubes, and to mix in air during stirring to make the ice cream more fluffy.
2. If the quantity is large, it is recommended to divide into several containers, so that the freezing is quick and the whipping is also convenient.
3. When heating the milk in a pot, don't overheat it. When it boils slightly, remove it from the heat immediately and pour the cold whipped cream quickly. No need to beat the cream.
