Durian Ice Cream

Take 250 grams of durian meat (cored) that is well-ripe and put it into a beaker.

Add light cream.
3.
Add condensed milk.
4.
Use an ACA stirring rod to stir up and down to form a smooth and delicate paste.
5.
Put it into a silicone mold and freeze in the refrigerator until hard.
6.
Take out the frozen durian ice cream and decorate it with melted dark chocolate.
