Durian Ice Cream

Weigh and prepare the ingredients one by one.

The cored durian meat is whipped into a puree.

Tips:
When heating the milk paste, it must be on a low heat. After the starch is added, it must be stirred continuously on a low heat to prevent it from mashing; the durian must be mashed into a fine mud to make the taste better.
