I had a durian mille-layer cake by chance at a restaurant. It was delicious and I couldn't forget it. I felt it was the best cake I have ever tasted. I thought I must learn to cook and eat by myself, that's a beauty!

Durian Melaleuca Cake

1. Prepare all materials to be weighed separately

2. Beaten eggs

3. Stir evenly with milk

4. Sift in low flour and starch

5. Stir evenly into a paste

6. Brush a little salad oil in a non-stick pan, pour a spoonful (soup spoon) and spread the batter

7. No need to turn over and spread out one by one, put it on the curtain and put it in the refrigerator

8. Whip the whipped cream three times and add sugar to make a pattern. Lift the whisk into a small pointed shape

9. Whipped cream

10. Stir the durian into a puree and put it in the whipped cream, mix well

11. Use a pizza mold to buckle upside down, spread a layer of tin foil and place a crust on it

12. Put another layer of durian whipped cream

13. Lay out in the refrigerator and chill for one hour

14. Decorated with orange meat and tomatoes, you can leave it alone

15. It's ready to eat!

Tips:

Melaleuca cake needs enough patience to spread the egg cake over low heat and slowly bake it
