Durian Pudding Ice Cream
1.
Take 130 grams of durian pulp and chop it.
2.
Add 100 grams of milk to puree the fruit.
3.
Put the remaining milk in the milk pan, put the marshmallows in, heat it on a low heat to melt the marshmallows, and keep stirring during this time to prevent the pan from getting stuck.
4.
Cool down the marshmallow milk liquid until it is not hot, add the durian puree, stir evenly, and the ice cream paste is ready.
5.
Scoop into the ice cream mold, insert the ice cream stick, close the lid, and freeze in the refrigerator overnight.
6.
When you want to eat it, you can take it out and release it from the mold.
Tips:
1. Without durian, it is the original milk pudding ice cream. Of course, it can also be replaced with other fruit purees.
2. This ice cream formula is marshmallow and milk, but it should be better if you add some whipped cream.
3. Durian is very sweet and marshmallow is sweet too. For me, this sweetness is enough. If you want to be sweeter, you can add sugar when boiling milk.
