Durian Yogurt Cake

Tips:
1. Please increase or decrease the amount of granulated sugar according to the sweetness of durian and yogurt. My homemade yogurt is not sweetened. Durian is sweeter. This amount of sugar is just right for me who loves sweets;
2. Pay attention to the hot water in the baking tray at any time. My baby just woke up and forgot to observe. The water was dried and there was no addition, so the color was not very uniform;
3. I use the indirect water bath method, and the outside of the movable bottom mold does not need to be wrapped with tin foil.
