Tips:

2. Soaking barley seed in advance with water will make it easier to cook, saving cooking time
3. Add the water of soaked coix seed to the pot, so as to reduce the loss of water-soluble vitamins
4. The winter melon should be added later. If the cooking time is too long, the winter melon will become soft and taste bad, and it will cause the loss of nutrients.
