Easy Egg Fried Rice

Dice cucumber and carrot, and beat eggs with a little salt.

Add oil to the pan to heat, add the egg mixture, fry until the egg no longer has liquid, turn off the heat, divide the egg into small pieces, and set aside.

Pour oil into the pot and heat, add cucumber and carrot pieces and fry until they are 80% cooked, turn off the heat, add egg pieces, rice overnight, add appropriate amount of salt, and stir well.
4.
Turn on a low heat and stir-fry for a minute.
