Easy Fried Dumplings

Prepare materials. The ratio of fish paste and minced pork is 2:1. Mix one egg white, one spoonful of cornstarch, one spoonful of oyster sauce, and a small amount of pepper. Chop green onion and set aside.

Mix the minced meat, shrimps, seasonings and chopped green onion, and stir well, as shown in the picture

Put meat filling in the center of the wonton wrapper

Fold one side of the wonton wrapper in the middle to cover the meat

Fold the other side toward the middle, so as to wrap the meat tightly, stick the joint with the egg liquid by hand

The made dumplings are like sandbags. Do not overlap to avoid the wonton wrappers sticking together. If it’s too much, dust the wonton wrapper with flour before overlapping

The wrapped dumplings are fried in a pan on medium heat for one minute. They should not be too crowded or overlapped. Do not turn it over and pour hot water, which is about half the height of the dumplings. Cover, cook on medium heat until the water is almost evaporated dry, open the cover, turn over and fry for 1-2 minutes until the other side is golden brown
