Raw materials are reserved.

Add appropriate amount of water to McCormick Korean barbecue seasoning and stir well.

Cut the pork belly into 2-3 mm thick slices.

Put the meat slices into the barbecue material and marinate for more than two hours.

Tips:
The pork belly will be oily, so there is no need to brush the oil on the roasting board when roasting.
