Easy Overnight Oatmeal Cup

Add oats and chia seeds to the cup. In the picture, I added soy milk powder to try new flavors.

Add yogurt and fill up with milk.

Stir well. I use a LOCK double-layer cup, put oats on the lower layer, cut fruit on the upper layer, and put it in the refrigerator. When you eat the next day, put the fruit in the oatmeal and you can eat it!
Tips:
Regardless of its small amount, it is abnormally full.
If you can’t eat ice, you can warm it up in the microwave, or add less milk in the evening and pour some hot milk in the morning.
