Easy Sandwich
1.
Cut the beef sausage into slices and set aside.
2.
Cut off the edges of the toast slices, or leave them uncut.
3.
Brush the Gemini pot with a layer of oil with a silicone brush.
4.
Knock in an egg on one side. I like the egg yolks to be cooked a little bit, so I punctured the egg yolks, so I can cook them longer without puncturing. Medium and small fire.
5.
After the eggs are fried on one side, use chopsticks or a wooden spatula to turn over, or cover and quickly turn over the pan.
6.
After the eggs are fried, put them on a plate and set aside.
7.
Don't add any more oil, fry the beef sausage on both sides, then put it on a plate with the fried egg.
8.
Dry the toast slices in the pan separately for half a minute to a minute. It is recommended to turn to the lowest fire, because there are more fillings behind, which takes more time, and the fire will burn if the fire is high.
9.
Squeeze an appropriate amount of tomato sauce.
10.
Spread the fried eggs and squeeze a little tomato sauce.
11.
Cover with cheese slices, then layer beef sausage slices, and squeeze some tomato sauce. I ran out of ketchup, otherwise I squeeze a bit more and make it delicious.
12.
Cover the other half of the toast slice.
13.
Close the pan and fry for half a minute to one minute on each side.
14.
Finally, cut the toast in half and add some fruit to serve.
Tips:
1. Don't cut the edge of the toast as you like, cut it for a better look.
2. The material in the middle is up to your liking, as long as it is not particularly moist and easy to get water.
3. Don't have too much material in the middle, otherwise it will not be compacted and will be easily scattered. Originally I wanted to make a pocket sandwich, but the material in the middle was spread out a bit, and the four sides were not compacted.
