Easy-to-make Sushi Rolls

Cook the sushi rice and let it cool. Cut carrots, cucumbers, egg skins, and ham sausages into shreds.

Add sushi vinegar to the sushi rice and mix well.

Spread a piece of seaweed on the sushi plate and spread the rice evenly.

Put all the raw materials cut into strips on the rice, add sauce according to taste

Use a sushi plate to roll the rice into a roll.

Dip the knife with water (to prevent sticking), and cut the sushi roll into small pieces.
