Eat Two in A Row
1.
Copy the ribs with hot water. Copy out the ribs after boiling the blood.
2.
Put the various accessories into the casserole and put the prepared ribs in the casserole together. Pour pure water to submerge the ribs. Those who like soup can pour more water.
3.
About two hours of simmering, add corn and long yam and simmer for half an hour. (Because I don’t like to eat the ribs in the ribs soup, I will clip the ribs out to make sweet and sour ribs after the stew.)
4.
Pour a small amount of oil in the pan and fry the ribs from the ribs soup into the pan and fry them on both sides.
5.
When frying the ribs, make sweet and sour sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, salt and vinegar, soy sauce, soy sauce). Pour half a bowl of water into the prepared sauce. Pour the sweet and sour sauce after the ribs are golden on both sides. Cover the pot and simmer over low heat.
6.
Turn off the heat when the soup thickens.
7.
Eat two in one row and you're done.
