Ebony Chicken Nuggets

Wash the large chicken wings and chop them into chicken nuggets, add boiling water to the chicken nuggets and remove them after blanching~

Use a non-stick pan, do not put oil, fry the chicken pieces on a low fire, and fry the chicken wings themselves. Just fry the small scorched skin on both sides~

Add 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce and 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce~
