When I was a child, I lived in the country and grew edamame by myself. On a breezy summer morning, my grandmother pulled out a whole edamame tree from the ground, connected to the branches and roots. The only thing I could do for her was to peel the edamame and peel it. Pods, you can smell the unique fragrance of fresh beans...

Edamame

1. Cut the tenderloin into cubes.

2. Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, salt, starch and mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.

3. Dice carrots and set aside.

5. Blanch the edamame for 3 minutes and remove.

6. Stir-fry chives, ginger, and dried chilies in a hot pan with cold oil.
