Edamame Bacon and Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients: winter melon (seeds, peeled, cleaned and sliced), bacon (sliced), edamame (washed)

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the saucepan, add the cut winter melon and bacon and stir fry.

Then, add the pan-washed edamame and stir fry.
4.
Then, add some water to boil, cook until the winter melon and edamame are cut and cooked and soft.
5.
Then, add 0.5 tablespoon of salt.
6.
Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.
7.
Stir the seasoning well and serve.
