Originally I wanted to call it "porridge", but when I made it, I didn't put so much rice in it and boiled it into soup. Haha, it's great to drink in summer.

Tips:

1. When boiling the porridge, the rice is not easy to stick to the bottom of the pot.



2. If you want to drink porridge, increase the amount of rice.



3. Do not add anything to this kind of porridge except sugar to avoid affecting its aroma. If you are afraid that the porridge will overflow the pot, you can cook it slowly over a low fire, or directly use an electric pressure cooker.
