Edamame Mixed with Kelp Shreds

Soak the seaweed silk and wash it off.

Wash the edamame kernels.

Cut the red pepper shreds and chop the garlic.

Boil water in a pot and blanch cooked edamame.

Also hot the kelp.

Tips:
1. The kelp should not be soaked for too long.
2. The edamame should be blanched.
