Edamame Peanut

Wash the edamame and peanuts with dry water, wash and pack separately.

Cut the two ends of the edamame into small mouths so that it will taste better when cooked. Peanuts can also be squeezed into small mouths.

Take a few pieces of bay leaves.

Add dried chili according to your taste.

Add various seasonings to the cold water to bring the water to a boil.

After the water is boiled, put the edamame on high heat and boil for ten minutes. Turn to low heat and cook for another five minutes. Try to see if it is already cooked. After cooking, turn off the heat and soak in water for further flavor.

Put in another pot of water and put in various seasonings. After the water is boiled, put in peanuts, boil for ten minutes on high heat and simmer for five minutes on low heat. After being cooked, soak in water to taste.

Just let it cool and serve it on the plate, because the cooking time of edamame and peanut is different, our family cooks the peanut and edamame separately.
