Eel Siu Mai

Ingredients: Eel Tianxia, grilled eel, dumpling wrappers, glutinous rice (soaked one night in advance), carrots, dried shiitake mushrooms, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, pepper, salt, sugar, oyster sauce, oil.
