Eel Tofu Steamed

Cut off the eel fillets, add green onion, ginger, salt and cooking wine to marinate for 15 minutes.

Pour oil in the pan, add the eel when the oil is hot, and fry on both sides until golden.

Mix mirin, teriyaki sauce and black pepper, and add appropriate amount of water to make a sauce.
4.
Spread tofu on the bottom of the plate, put eel slices on it, and top with soup. Put it in the steamer
5.
The steamer selects the normal steaming mode, 100 degrees, 15 minutes.
