Egg and Fruit Dried Bread

Put all the ingredients in the bread machine.

The dough has fermented well.

Remove the dough from the bread maker.

Knead the dough evenly.

Divide the dough into three equal parts and knead evenly.

Take 1 dough and roll it into an oval dough, add dried blueberries and roll up from one side.

It can be closed on both sides.

Put it in the baking tray.

Preheat for 10 minutes and bake at 170°C for 20 minutes, covering with tin foil in due course.
