Egg Bacon Bread

High-gluten flour 200G sugar 15G salt 1G baking powder 2G milk 130ml or so 15G butter 15G into the bread machine to start the kneading and fermentation process. After the first fermentation is completed, gently press out the internal air, divide it into 6 equal parts, and knead it again into a small dough . Relax for 10 minutes.

Take a small piece of dough, roll it into a thin round shape, and press firmly into a paper mold.

Put a slice of bacon. Beat a fresh raw egg.

Three of them are sprinkled with cheese, and three are sprinkled with black pepper and salt.

These are all six, left for about 30 minutes for the second fermentation.

After the second fermentation is complete, spread a layer of egg liquid on the bread dough, and preheat the oven to 210 degrees and bake for about 15 minutes.
