Egg biscuits, also called egg yolk biscuits, are mainly made of egg yolk, which has a strong egg flavor. Bakers often have extra pure egg white or egg yolk left in order to cook a certain kind of food. For example, when making macarons, there will be egg yolk left. Using egg yolks to make biscuits is the easiest to consume. A plate of egg yolks requires 2 egg yolks. To make this kind of biscuits, as long as the egg mixture is well spent, it will basically not fail.

Egg Biscuits

1. Beat the yolks and eggs in a basin

2. Beat with an electric whisk until thick foam

3. Add caster sugar and salt

4. Hit until the pattern is not easy to disappear

5. Sift in half of the powder that has been sieved in advance

6. Stir evenly and add the remaining powder

7. Use a spatula to continue to mix evenly
