Egg Bread Cup
1.
Cut off a piece of bread or steamed bun and use it as a lid.

Dig out the remaining bread or steamed buns and sprinkle some salt and chicken essence.
3.
Beat an egg in it and sprinkle a little chicken essence.
4.
Put the lid on and turn the microwave for two minutes.
Tips:
Salt and MSG can be replaced with barbecue sauce.
You can also add some shredded ham.
