Egg Buns with Chives and Vermicelli

Put the dough ingredients into the bread machine and knead and ferment the dough to 2 times its size according to the dough procedure. (My bread machine kneaded and fermented for 1.5 hours.)

Remove the old stems of the leek flowers and wash them.
