Egg Cucumber
1.
Remove the cucumber and cut into pieces, garlic and shallot slices for later use.

Heat the pan, add oil and heat. Saute the garlic shallots

Pour the cucumber and stir fry a little bit of color,

Add an appropriate amount of water and simmer for a while.
5.
Add an appropriate amount of chicken powder to taste.
6.
Put the egg mixture into the cucumber, stir-fry quickly and serve.
