Egg Fresh Vegetable Salad

Wash and shred the lettuce and put it on the bottom of the plate. Wash the cucumber and put it into the plate at will. Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half. Decorate the plate.

Wash corn kernels, wash broccoli and cut into small flowers

When the eggs are cooked, pick up cold water, then boil broccoli and corn kernels in the pot with boiling water, the color has changed, pick up cold water, and serve

Tips:
How to cut vegetables depends on my personal preference. I am completely lazy. Vegetables can also be matched according to my own preferences. If you like meat, you can blanch a few shrimps and fry some beef and bacon. I personally like to go with Thousand Island sauce.
