Egg Fritters

1. Prepare the ingredients

3. After the eggs are beaten in, pour the water in portions

4. Stir it into cotton wool with chopsticks and send it to the bread machine

5. Start the automatic righting of noodles and knead it into a smooth dough

6. Close the top cover of the bread machine to start the fermentation of yogurt

7. Take out when about 2 times the size

8. Sprinkle a little flour on the chopping board

9. After venting, roll out into a suitable rectangle, then gently stretch the dough and cut into several long strips

10. Make two and one, press hard with chopsticks

11. Take one out, hold one end with your left hand, and roll it with your right hand a few times to form a twist

12. After the oil in the pot is hot, grab both ends and make a few turns, gently throw them into the pot, and pull off both

13. The dough quickly expands and floats in the frying pan, turn it over with chopsticks in time

14. Fry until golden brown to remove the oil

Tips:

1. When kneading the dough, it is best to add water in stages to control the humidity of the dough;
2, I want to save trouble, use a bread machine to knead the dough, if you don't have a bread machine, you can also knead the dough by hand;
3. When frying dough sticks, it is best to cooperate with two people. One person makes dough sticks and the other is responsible for frying. The effect is better; if all dough is made and then fried, the dough will dry easily, which will affect the taste and add unused dough. Can be covered with a damp cloth for moisture;
4. It can't be low-fire when it is deep-fried. It is best to deep-fry it with medium-to-high flame until the surface is golden.
