Tips:
1. Because there is no butter at home, I used sunflower oil without any peculiar smell and added full-fat sweet milk powder to achieve the same taste as butter.
2. In fact, 50 grams of sugar is enough, but parents like to eat sweeter ones, so I increased the amount of sugar to 70 grams.
3. Because different brands of flour absorb different degrees of moisture, and different brands of milk have different concentrations, it is recommended to put 15 grams of flour less first, and then add an appropriate amount when mixing the noodles.
