Egg Pancakes

Mix millet noodles with eggs and water to make a paste.

Stir well and let stand for a while.

Scoop a scoop of batter in a baking pan and spread it out with a baffle.

Beat another egg and continue to flatten.

Sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Turn it over.

Serve with lettuce and ham.
