The Mid-Autumn Festival is a happy and lively day for family reunion, and mooncakes are indispensable for family reunion. But usually mooncakes are high in oil and sugar, and eating too much is very greasy, which is really not healthy.

Healthy Vegetable Filling Mooncakes

1. Mix corn flour and millet flour, blanch it with boiling water to form a dough, let it cool, and knead it with appropriate amount of flour; mix dried beancurd and pickled mustard greens with locust flower, add the pressed tofu, and adjust the flavor with salt

2. Use a piece of dough to press into a thick skin to wrap the filling, and slowly wrap the dough into vegetable dumplings with the tiger’s mouth with your hands; roll the wrapped dough into a layer of flour

3. Press with moon cake mold; buckle out gently

4. Coat the electric baking pan with olive oil and preheat it; turn the mooncake pattern down and fry until golden brown.
