Healthy Vegetable Filling Mooncakes

Mix corn flour and millet flour, blanch it with boiling water to form a dough, let it cool, and knead it with appropriate amount of flour; mix dried beancurd and pickled mustard greens with locust flower, add the pressed tofu, and adjust the flavor with salt

Use a piece of dough to press into a thick skin to wrap the filling, and slowly wrap the dough into vegetable dumplings with the tiger’s mouth with your hands; roll the wrapped dough into a layer of flour

Press with moon cake mold; buckle out gently

Coat the electric baking pan with olive oil and preheat it; turn the mooncake pattern down and fry until golden brown.
