Egg Pudding

Prepare ingredients and weigh

Pour granulated sugar into the milk and stir until it melts

Use egg cream to break up the eggs, stir evenly

Tips:
1. When microwave heating, the pudding liquid will expand, so don't pour too full, just eighty to nine minutes full
2. It is delicious without caramel, you can add or omit it according to your preference
