Ingredients

Egg Rice Old Man

1. Chop the ham sausage, the particles should be small.

2. Add some sesame oil, curry powder, salt and pepper to the cooked rice and raw egg ham sausage. Chopped green onion, mix well. If there is more rice, beat a few more eggs. If there are fewer eggs, it is easy to lose shape. Refer to the main picture for the specific amount, and one egg is enough for that much rice. Make a flat square on the plate.

3. Heat the oil in the pan and turn to low heat. Add the mixed rice, keeping the shape. Turn it over as soon as the thin and hard crust is fried. The crispy hard crust is fried for the taste and shape. The rice is cooked and doesn't need to be fried for a few minutes, so it won't be long. I also fried it for about 2 minutes.

4. After the thin and hard shells are formed on both sides, the pan is ready to be served. Cut two knives and place them to finish the plate.

Tips:

1. Really have a small fire all the way! The first time I cook it over a big fire, although it’s not bad to make it into crispy rice, the chopped green onion is ugly. If you like crispy rice, put the chopped green onion afterwards, or don’t put it.
2. You can chop up other mixed rice according to your own taste.
