Egg Rolls with Taro and Chives

3 eggs, diced taro, minced meat, chives.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a proper amount of refined salt, stir and pour half of the egg liquid into the pan and fry it into egg skins.

Fry the other half of the egg liquid into egg skins, which requires two pieces of egg skins.

Spread the egg skins flat, spread the evenly mixed taro, minced meat, and chives.

Spread wet cornstarch on all sides.

Then roll into a roll from the inside out. Roll another egg wrapper on the rolled egg roll.

The rolled egg rolls are steamed in a steamer.
