Egg Salad

The hard-boiled eggs are shelled and cut open for later use.

Separate 4 egg yolks and egg whites in turn.

When the egg yolks are poured out, set aside in a bowl.

Add salad dressing to egg yolk, stir well and set aside.

Place the mayonnaise dressing in the egg whites to garnish with cranberries.
