Egg Steamed Shrimp Paste

Take 2 scoops of fermented shrimp paste and add shredded ginger

Add three mountain eggs, a little chopped green onion

Drop in an appropriate amount of corn oil and stir well. To prevent it from being too salty, I added some water

Boil water in a steamer, add shrimp paste, cover and simmer for 15 minutes

When the shrimp paste becomes firm, it will be cooked. I ate it with steamed buns. The ones I like are better with tortillas.
