Pour the sweet potato flour into a larger container, pour in water that is slightly higher than the flour, mix thoroughly and let it settle until it settles (at least half an hour). At this time, you can clearly see the sweet potatoes that have settled on the surface. There are gray-black particles on the surface of the powder. Shake it a little. Pour out the dust and water on the surface. Add water, stir and soak and settle. Repeat about two or three times. The sweet potato powder is basically clean. It is generally recommended that you one day in advance or Soak for half a day.

Whether it is your own sweet potato flour or bought from the market, it must be fully soaked and cleaned in advance, repeated many times, and the impurities inside are cleaned before operation.
The water should be adjusted according to your own preferences. The adjusted paste is relatively thin, too thick and too hard to taste, and I personally think it doesn't taste good.
