Filter the egg tart liquid, or if it is troublesome, you can leave it alone. Put fillings in the custard crust, such as raisins, yellow peaches, mangoes, honey red beans... Just put it if you want to eat it 😄 if you want the original flavor, pour the custard liquid into the custard 80% full.

Put it in the preheated oven and heat the middle layer at 210℃ for 25 minutes, and wait until the surface of the egg tart is scorched.
Tips:
Do not fill the egg tart liquid too full, as the tart liquid will swell during the baking process, and it will easily overflow if it is too full.
