Egg Tart

Pour milk, eggs, and fine sugar into the basin and mix well with a manual whisk

Stir well and add the cream

Continue to stir well

Stir and sieve once

Pour into the egg tart skins, pour each eighty to nine minutes full. Bake in the middle layer of the oven preheated at 200 degrees for 30 minutes

Eat it while it's hot after it's out of the oven, but you have to be careful about it too!
