Egg White Stewed Milk

Add 20g sugar after separating the white and egg yolk

Beat egg whites and sugar until dissolved (manual whisk)

Add whipped cream and milk, and mix well again

Sift into the selected container to remove the foam to ensure a smooth taste (the container should be covered)
