This is a nutritious sandwich that is simple to make and has a lot of room for use. The only downside is that the salad dressing is a bit high in calories. I usually make it once on a weekend. My family likes it. I recommend you to try it too. . "

Egg Whole Wheat Sandwich

1. Raw material diagram. Grain the fresh sweet corn, finely dice carrots and cucumbers, cook the eggs, and set aside on whole-wheat toast.

2. Finely dice the hard-boiled eggs. (Please allow me to praise the yellow of the soil egg, haha)

3. Put the diced egg and cucumber into a small bowl.

4. Put a little oil in the pan, add the corn kernels and fry them until cooked.

5. Add the right amount of salt and pepper.

6. Add carrots and stir fry.

7. Put the fried corn carrots in a small bowl.

8. Add some salad dressing.

9. Stir the salad dressing and diced vegetables evenly.

10. Take a piece of toast and spread the mixed egg and vegetable salad dressing evenly on it.

11. Press another piece of toast on.

12. Cut two cuts diagonally as shown in the figure.

13. Finished product.

Tips:

1. The diced vegetables in the ingredients can be free or not at all.

2. Originally the toast side was going to be removed, but because I like to eat the toast side, I didn’t go.
