Egg Yolk Biscuits

The egg whites are separated, and my egg whites are used to make egg white biscuits. So egg yolk is used to make egg yolk biscuits. Break up.

I added boiling water, you can add mineral water or something (but I recommend hot water) ~ Stir it, as shown in the picture, the color becomes lighter.

Add all the white sugar. Ordinary white sugar is fine. You don't need to buy extra refined white sugar or soft white sugar, but if you like it, add it. The taste is almost the same. Stir evenly, because the water just added is hot water, it will dissolve after a little stirring.

The flour is sifted in advance, because my home does not have a sieve, so I can't sift it. Just stir evenly.

This is what it looks like after being evenly mixed. It is not liquid like cake batter, it can be said to be solid. Tuo Tuo. If you have a piping bag at home, just squeeze it as you like. If you don't have a piping bag, use a spoon to scoop a small tray, the size of which is arbitrary. I don't need a piping bag, just make a round shape. (Preheat the oven at 150°C for 10 minutes. Bake at 150°C for 15-20 minutes)

The baking time depends on your own oven. And the speed of coloring.
