Egg Yolk Soluble Beans

Prepare the materials.

Separate the egg whites and put the egg yolks into a container with no oil and water.

Use an electric whisk to beat the egg yolk from low speed to high speed until the egg yolk becomes lighter and whiter, so that it is not easy to digest.

After the egg yolks are beaten, add the sifted milk powder and cornstarch

Mix the powdered milk and egg yolk paste with a stirring method until there are no particles.

Put the egg yolk paste into the piping bag and cut out a small mouth

Spread greased paper on the baking sheet and slowly squeeze out a small round shape.

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes in advance, and bake at 120 degrees for 20 minutes. (Do not open the door during the baking process~)
