The egg yuba syrup is a Cantonese dessert, or sweet soup. Although I am a Cantonese, I have only heard of it and have not eaten it. It won’t bother me to cook this syrup. The sweet egg yuba is added. Ginkgo, nutrition is also good

Egg Yuba Syrup

1. Prepare materials

2. Boil the ginkgo in the pot for two or three minutes to remove the toxins

3. Then pour the ginkgo and the washed and cut small pieces of yuba into the pressure cooker, and add appropriate amount of water

4. Choose the right function, the time is about 10 minutes

5. After cooking, choose the boiling flavor of the electric pressure cooker to let it boil
