Eggplant Hairtail

Ingredients: octopus seasoning: cooking wine, salt, 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, 3 tablespoons of white sugar, ginger slices, garlic slices, dried starch, a little pepper

Wash the hairtail to remove the internal organs and cut into sections.

Add cooking wine, salt, sliced green onion and ginger, and a little pepper, mix well and marinate for 20 minutes.

Dip a thin layer of dried starch on the surface of the marinated hairtail.

Heat the oil pan to 60% heat, add the hairtails one by one and fry them.

Fry until golden on both sides and remove the oil control.

Mix 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of white vinegar, and 3 tablespoons of white sugar to form a sauce.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the ginger and garlic slices to stir up the aroma, pour the sauce and stir fry.

Add a little water and starch to thicken the thick gorgon.
10.
Finally, pour in the fried octopus and stir fry a few times.
